Using the Lynton EXCELIGHT® machine, we are able to offer skin rejuvenation treatments. Pulses of light are emitted to target discolouration to create a more youthful, even complexion. The intense pulsed light system can help boost collagen growth in the skin. This system can treat common aesthetic concerns such as pigmentation, sun damage, facial thread veins, rosacea, and acne. 

When treating acne, the pulsed light penetrates multiple layers of the skin and promotes collagen synthesis to combat active breakouts, redness, inflammation, and to reduce scarring.
The medical-grade Lynton IPL device kills the P.acnes bacteria on the skin that causes breakouts and inflammation, focusing on the overactive sebaceous glands that are responsible for breakouts. The heat created by the light promotes shrinkage of inflamed sebaceous glands and healing of the skin from the inside out. One added benefit of this treatment is collagen stimulation which means after the treatment you will be left with fresher, plumper and healthier skin.

Depending on the treatment, clients can need anywhere between 3-8 sessions. This will be discussed in full during the consultation.

IPL skin treatments can be mildly uncomfortable but bearable. The feeling has been described as similar to a hot pin prick, you will also experience a warm sensation.
